 A desirable 3-bedroom town house in an equally desirable location the ultimate in home from home luxury. Cadgwith Place is the newest of our properties in the Portsmouth area. Quietly situated in Port Solent Marina it benefits from close transport links to motorways the southwest southeast and London. Portsmouth City Centre is 10 minutes drive away and can be accessed via public transport. It is equally as ideal for pleasure purposes with the marina itself hosting a range of restaurants wines bars and shops all within a short walking distance. Not only will you enjoy the views of the Solent but the walks to Porchester Castle or the cinema complex nearby. A large Tesco Superstore is a short drive away with service station. Ground Floor On entering the property you will see it is split into three levels with a single bedroom and cloakroom/WC on entrance. On the same floor is a large and fully equipped open plan kitchen so you can cook for yourself or guests in your own time and not at the mercy of a hotel schedule. A washing machine and dishwasher ensures the hassle is taken out of the cleaning we provide a small cleaning pack for your convenience. This property benefits from a patio area leading from the kitchen that enables have time to relax in the open air. First Floor Relax in the large living area containing comfortable sofas. Its the perfect place to host friends and family or if you wish to just have some me time like all our properties FREE WiFi and Freeview LCD TV/DVD are provided with no unexpected bills on checkout. Across the hallway the Master Bedroom hosts a large double bed wardrobe and storage as well as bedside tables and night lamps. Attached is the en-suite with power shower washbasin and WC. Towels and toiletries are provided and can be replaced in your own time by our weekly maid service. Third Floor The third floor contains a single bedroom and has all of the above to cater for guests.
