We are situated in a prime location close to the city centre and its historical attractions. In easy reach of the Universities and conveniently placed for business shopping and leisure activities. It is only a 10 minute walk from Canterbury West train station. br / br / br / br / The Arthouse is a Victorian building towering up above its adjacent properties. During Victorian times this building was used as a fire station where horse drawn fire engines would house themselves in the barn through the archway. The Arthouse has been designed in a quirky fun way. br / br / The first floor living area is spacious light with good views out to the city. br / br / There s a modern kitchen providing a good selection of tea coffee and cereals for guests independent use. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. br / br / The king room is at the front with a comfortable bed and private bathroom down the hall. br / br / The double room is situated at the back with a comfortable bed and private bathroom located downstairs. br / br / br / br / The back house is a cedar wood clad building in a modern Scandinavian design. This property is unique to Canterbury. It is tucked away off the main road behind The Arthouse The generous living area has a reception room with two sofas flat screen T.V with satellite digital channels dvd player and music center with I-pod docking station. This living area encompasses a dining area which can seat up to 10 people then leads into a well equipped kitchen with extra seating for four guests. Upstairs there s a spacious open plan area with a large king size bed & en-suite bathroom plus a seating area with a pull out sofa bed. br / br / br / br / Adjacent to the cedar house is the self-contained garden room which has a king size bed & en-suite. This room can be rented independently or rented additionally to the cedar house therefore opened up into one house. br / br / br / br / There is a courtyard garden that wraps around the house to give it a very private feel.

Canterbury - Train: The two main Canterbury railway stations are close by but Canterbury West is slightly closer. br/ br/ A2 - Road: With good access via both the M20 and M2 The Victoria Hotel is best approached from the west via the A2. Exit onto the A2050 for the Canterbury city centre and bear left at the roundabout bear left onto London Road
