One of the closest inns to the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge the Stonehenge Inn & Carvery offers a bar restaurant and fantastic enclosed courtyard complete with kids play area. Located next to Durrington walls and the new so-called Mega Stonehenge the property is surrounded by ancient history. The inn is modern airy and offers free Wi-Fi access throughout. The inn is only a few minutes drive from Stonehenge world-famous monument and Visitor Centre. The cathedral city of Salisbury is close by. The Neolithic monument of Woodhenge is 550 yards away. The property is just a mile off the A303 road and by-passes the regular traffic jams on the A303 adjacent to Stonehenge as it is on the local route to the visitor centre. br / br / br / br / The rooms at Stonehenge Inn & Carvery will provide you with a flat-screen TV. Featuring a shower the private en suites also come with towels and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. The rooms feature tea/coffee making facilities. There are 3 family rooms a double room and two single rooms. The restaurant is a lovely airy space with a 7 day a week carvery an a la carte menu and a separate vegetarian menu. With delicious desserts and a great choice of drinks the restaurant is popular with locals and people travelling quite a distance to sample our fare. br / br / br / br / Our bar includes BT Sports/Sky Sports live music on a Saturday night and a charity quiz on Tuesdays. The first Thursday in the month brings a popular Open Mic night. The bar has a friendly inclusive atmosphere and everyone is made very welcome. Directions to The Stonehenge Inn and Carvery Salisbury

A303 - Road: Travelling Eastwards drive past Stonehenge head down the A303 towards Amesbury. At the Countess Roundabout take the first exit towards Durrington. Head past Woodhenge and you will see us situated just off the next roundabout. Travelling West drive down the A303 following signs for Exeter. When you drive past Solstice Park you will take the 3rd Exit on the next roundabout (Countess). The pub is situated a mile up the road past Woodhenge and just off the next roundabout.
