We regularly offer special prices according to season and availability. Dogs are welcome in the bar and most rooms and we charge just £7.50 per dog per night. br / br / br / br / All our bedrooms are en suite with either showers and/or baths. All are warm with fresh linen and towels and with tea/coffee making facilities. br / br / br / br / Check in times are from 1.30pm to 3.00pm or between 6.00pm and and 9.30pm - It is essential that you contact us should you wish to check in outside these times.

M5 Junc 27 (Tiverton) - Road: Come off the M5 at J27 signposted Tiverton/Barnstaple. Follow the A361 for 23 miles and come off at roundabout signposted South Molton. In centre of South Molton take B3227 to Umberleigh. At Umberleigh bridge you will see the Rising Sun ahead of you.
