No 71 is a comfortable Edwardian SA 4 B&B built prior to 1920 and having a wealth of character. Cosy rooms beautifully decorated with fine furnishings and sumptuous fresh cotton bed linen help in the provision of a relaxed atmosphere. Three of our rooms have en-suite shower/WC facilities but if you prefer a relaxing bath our Dunster Room has exclusive use of a period style bathroom with free standing roll top bath (Bathrobes provided). br / br / br / br / All rooms have Broadband Wi-Fi capabilities Freeview TV with integrated DVD player remote control and USB port. The rooms also come provided with a quiet fridge stocked with fresh milk bottled water hot drinks making facilities and a hair dryer. br / br / br / br / The house also benefits from a parking area directly to the front where all visitors can park. The rear garden is currently undergoing some change to make it more accessible to guests but for those in need of stress relief the property benefits from a Hot Tub directly outside the Conservatory/Breakfast Room for guests to relax in under the stars. br / br / br / br / The house is located on the edge of Taunton approximately 2 minutes from Junction 25 of the M5 opposite Hamilton Park and just a short walk from Taunton town centre. Should you travel to Taunton by train we may be able to assist with transportation from the station. br / br / br / br / Please note Breakfast consists of a Continental Style Breakfast with various cereals juice tea coffee toast and croissants. Breakfast is available between 0730am and 9 am Monday Friday and 08:00am and 09:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Should you require breakfast outside of these times please let us know.

M5 Motorway Jct 25 - Road: On leaving the M5 at Jct 25 follow signs for Taunton Town Centre. At next roundabout take first exit. Just before traffic lights bear left onto slip road taking you onto Bridgwater Road. Follow this road through 2 sets of pedestrian crossing lights and at the next set of traffic lights follow the road round to the right onto Hamilton Road. No. 71 can be found on the right opposite Hamilton Park. br/ br/ Taunton Train Station - Train: If arriving by train please inform us when booking and let us know arrival time. We will happily collect you from the station.
