The Waterfront Guest Rooms were developed in 2003 from an 18th century Bakehouse and Granary. We refurbished the rooms to offer ten en-suite bedrooms from singles to family suites with quality and comfort in mind. Our bedrooms have five star beds and linen complimentary Scottish Shortbread and Water hospitality trays hairdryers large screen televisions and a selection of bathroom soaps. Our room pricing includes breakfast in The Waterfront Restaurant. Our fruits berries and eggs are all sourced from local farms with our remaining items from our local butcher and baker guaranteeing Scottish produce. Relax the morning away overlooking the marina supping coffee and reading the daily newspapers.

All incoming roads to the town meet at the main roundabout. Follow the signs to The Harbour We are in the middle of the shore front you can t miss us! If parking is tricky pop in and we will assist you.
