Delightfully charming cottage at the top of Salcombe s ferry steps. A few steps and a little 12 person ferry away from sheltered sandy beaches. Comfortable sitting room with two large sofas luxury well equipped kitchen with aga electric oven and hob large integrated fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen table seats 6 comfortably more with a squeeze! The practical stone floor takes you through to the back boot room where you will find a wc laundry cupboard with washing machine and ample space for boots life jackets buckets and spades etc.In the lounge there is a TV with Sky and wi-fi is available. Up the twisting cottage staircase you will arrive at the master bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and designer soft furnishings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower wc and washbasin. On the same floor there are two further bedrooms. The twin room is exceptionally pretty with designer soft furnishings and plenty of space. The third bedroom is ideal for children with custom made nautical bunk beds and fitted cupboards. For the children there is all of the above plus crabbing Salcombe diary ice cream boats to watch ducks to feed paddling on the slipway sailing classes at the Island Cruising Club and rock pooling. Directions to Ferry Steps Cottage Salcombe

Once in Salcombe from the A381 take Sandhills Road towards the B3204. After 0.9 mile keep right to stay on the B3204 leading in to Fore Street. The last intersection is Harbour Road. If you reach Cliff Road you have gone too far.
