The large sitting room with dining area is a perfect place to relax after walking or cycling through scenic forests and over fantastic mountains. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms: 1 x double 1 x 3/4 size double and one single bedroom. The good sized bathroom is also upstairs and comprises a large bath separate shower cubicle basin and WC. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has all the necessary amenities and there is also a separate utility room which can be used for storing bicycles. A lane at the rear of the property gives access to the utility room and small enclosed paved garden with fabulous views of the hills in all directions br / br / Amenities include full gas central heating electric oven gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine TV with Sky and internet access. Bed linen and towels included. The Hendrewen pub is 3 minutes walk away and there is a children s play area at the other end of the street. Ample roadside parking. Very regular bus service to the valleys bus stop 2 minutes walk. Sorry no animals and no smoking . br / br / br / br / 3miles away is the Parc and Dare Theatre in Treorchy and the Pontypridd Heritage Park while the fabulous Porth-yr-ogof caves near Ystradfellte are only a 30 minute drive away and the Dan-yr-ogof caves a further 15 minutes. Within walking distance are the breathtaking views from the top of Craig y Llyn over the Brecon Beacons Fforest Fawr and the Black Mountains which will encourage anyone to walk or cycle at least some of the huge selection of paths in this stunning location. br / br / Cardiff is 24 miles away and Swansea 34 miles.

Directions to The Hendrewen Cottage Treorchy

M4 Junction 32 - Road: Leave the motorway at Junction 32 and follow A470 north towards Pontypridd. Leave A470 and follow signs for The Rhondda Valleys (Porth). Follow local signposts to Porth do not enter the town but instead follow the bypass. Straight on through 2 sets of traffic lights. At the roundabout turn left towards Dinas and Tonypandy. Stay on this road until you see signs for Treorchy. Follow that sign (approx 6 miles).
