Whether you are a business person or you just prefer bed and breakfast then the Orangery is for you. It has just three bedrooms the Felbrigg Suite Blickling Suite and Tower Suite plus a dining room at the front of the property with tea/coffee facilities. There is also a seating area comprising of a three piece suite giving it a really cozy feel. We provide a full English breakfast from locally sourced produce or a continental breakfast if preferred. The Blickling and Felbrigg bedrooms have two single three foot beds which can be zipped together to create a double king sized bed. With the Tower bedroom being a triple (family room) They also have TV and en-suite shower rooms providing total privacy. The Felbrigg suite shows the beds as two singles. Tower has a double and a single bed. Guests in all rooms are welcome to bring a well behaved dog for a small additional charge.

From Kings Lynn take the A148 to Fakenham continue on A148 towards Cromer turn right at Little Snoring signposted Kettlestone keep going until you have to stop at a crossroads (Fulmodeston) straight over until you reach another crossroads you have to stop at straight over this go straight through Hindolveston you will go around several bends follow your sat nave and you will find Courtyard Barn/The Orangery on your left through five bar gate up concrete drive check inn at black Office on your left. From Holt take the A148 towards Norwich after 300 yards turn right towards Briston keep going through Hunworth until you come to a crossroads that you have to stop at straight over through Briston past shops on your right.keep going until t junction turn left in 100 yards turn right past Explorer Bar on your right keep going until you reach a staggered 4 way junction take right turn down long straight road round a few bends through an un Bridged Ford immediately turn left keep going until you reach a t junction you have to stop at turn right and we are 200 yards on your right (just past a small cottage) through five bar gate up concrete drive black office on your left for check inn. Most satnav s brings you up our drive it s the Concrete drive with black five bar gate.
