Allt y Rheini is a Grade II listed Georgian Mansion that provides traditional luxury and comfort with a modern twist. Set in grounds of four and a half acres the historic building has absolutely stunning views over the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside. Guests will find ample free parking adjacent to the house. The accommodation provides luxuriously newly refurbished bedrooms that are light airy and generously sized. They retain the elegance of their Georgian period character while offering unique boutique style accommodation with modern conveniences comfortable beds and soft high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The rooms are all en-suite and have wonderful views. They include many facilities such as new full HD flat screen TVs hairdryer tea and cafetiere coffee making facilities with fresh milk supplied daily radio alarm clocks huge luxuriously fluffy bath sheets and complimentary Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Wi-fi is available throughout the property free of charge. Breakfast is served in the elegantly furnished guest dining room and offers a wide selection of food much of it locally sourced all served on Wedgwood Amherst fine bone china. Allt y Rheini is just half a mile from Cilgerran village with its pubs shops eating places ancient castle ruins and beautiful picturesque river gorge. The Welsh Wildlife centre with its array of wildlife including otters and water buffalo is on the edge of the village overlooking the river Teifi. The historic town of Cardigan with its many independent shops is just 3.5 miles away and close to the beautiful blue flag sandy beaches of the Pembrokeshire coast Cardigan Bay and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. There are many outdoor pursuits within close proximity and boat trips to observe the seals porpoises dolphins and other wildlife are easily available. Allt y Rheini offers a warm welcome and provides an ideal base from which to explore the Pembrokeshire coast Cardigan Bay and Carmarthenshire region or just sit and chill out.

Directions to Allt y Rheini Boutique Bed and Breakfast Cardigan

From the centre of Cilgerran village: With your back to the village store (not the Post Office) proceed left for a few yards. On the opposite side of the road there is a green house with black window surrounds. Take the road immediately to the left of this house. Follow the road for about half a mile and Allt y Rheini is on the left hand side. The house can t be seen from the road but there are two cream pillars (about 2 metres tall) with a ball on the top of each. This is the drive to the house. Follow this for a quarter of a mile bearing left and you will see the house in front of you.
