Originally built as a workshop and stables for the attached house which once belonged to a Clothier the barn has been newly converted and comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms guest lounge and reception area. Although modern and contemporary all of the original features have been maintained and the decor is in-keeping with the age of the property. The Barn itself is situated in a conservation area which was once the centre of Guiseley town in the 1800s. br / br / br / br / Cots and extra beds for children are available upon request. Close to Leeds Bradford Airport (5 mins drive). Ilkley Spa town is a 15 minute drive and Otley Market town is 10 minute drive. There is a train station which is a 7 minute walk from the property. Trains run to Ilkley every 15 minutes. Trains to Leeds and Bradford run every 30 minutes. Leeds is a direct route and takes less than 15 minutes. There are connecting trains to the rest of the UK from Leeds and Bradford. Easy access to Skipton Bolton Abbey and onwards to the Lake District via the A65. Wharfedale Hospital is 10 minutes from the property. br / br / br / br / Sitting South West of the local iconic landmark The Chevin there is easy access for walkers and cyclists to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Directions to Hillcroft Barn Leeds

Guiseley Train Station - Train: On arrival at Guiseley there is an exit on either platform. Exit from platform 1 - turn left walk up the cobbled road. At top of road (opposite HSBC) turn left onto Oxford Road. Exit from platform 2 - turn right onto Netherfield Road. At top of road turn left onto Oxford Road. Follow Oxford Road all the way to the small roundabout (this will take about 5 mins). As you approach the small roundabout Hillcroft Barn can be seen straight ahead. br/ br/ Leeds - Road: Take the A65 signposted to Skipton. From Leeds follow the A65 all the way to Guiseley. At traffic lights with the White Rose pub on the left get into the right hand lane and stay in right hand lane to the next set of traffic lights. At traffic lights turn right and get into left hand lane. At traffic lights turn left. Follow road to the top. Turn right then take immediate left onto Town Street. Hillcroft Barn is behind the first house on the right. br/ br/ Bradford - Road: From Bradford follow the A6038 there will be signs for Salts Mill. Pass Salts Mill and stay on the A6038. You will pass the Hollins Hill Marriott on your left after a few miles. Continue on to a cross roads. Turn right at cross roads. Follow road down through two sets of traffic lights. After second set of traffic lights stay in the left hand lane. Turn left at third set of traffic lights. Follow road to the top. Turn right then immediate left. Barn is behind first house on right br/ br/ Ilkley - Road: Follow the A65 from Ilkley all the way to Guiseley. Pass the Wetherby Whaler on the left and stay on A65. Drive through three sets of traffic lights. At 4th set of traffic lights turn left. Follow road to the top and turn right then immediate left. Hillcroft Barn is situated behind the first house on the right. br/ br/ Leeds Bradford Airport - Air: Exit the airport turning left from the airport terminal car park. At roundabout go straight over and follow road to the end and turn right. Follow road to the end and turn left. Follow road for amile or so to the end. Turn left onto Town Street. Follow road towards the junction and Hillcroft Barn is behind the last house on Town Street on the left.
