High quality bed and breakfast in our 15th-19th Century former manor house at the centre of the beautiful county of Suffolk. Set in a peaceful rural location but close to the A14 for Bury St Edmunds Cambridge and the Suffolk coast and to Stowmarket railway station for London (1.5 hours) Norwich (30mins) Cambridge (1 hour) and Peterborough for the midlands and north. Three individually decorated historic double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Two can also be twin or family rooms. Moated former manor house set in 26 acres of a small mixed farm. Beautiful public rooms with log fires in the winter and lovely gardens in the summer. Home produce served for breakfast including sausages from our rare breed pigs and eggs from our hens. English grown tea home-made cakes locally made breads and jams. Free wifi throughout. Business services available on request. Excellent local pub and restaurants. Two night minimum stay most weekends - but search to check.

DIRECTIONS FROM A14 EASTBOUND (FROM LONDON VIA M11 THE MIDLANDS AND THE NORTH) Take A14 Junction 47A (Wetherden/Haughley Park/Haughley New Street). Take the first right signposted Buxhall. Continue for 1 mile to a T-junction and turn left signposted Buxhall and Stowmarket. Stay on this road for 1.7 miles until you reach a right turn signposted Buxhall and Gt Finborough (also signed for the Buxhall Crown and Coach House Restaurant). Take this turning continuing for 1 mile passing through a 30mph limit in Buxhall village before taking the second right signposted Brettenham and Rattlesden Airfield. Almost immediately turn left opposite Buxhall Church onto Valley Lane (no through road leading to Worlds End Lane). Continue slowly down Valley Lane for just under 1 mile until you reach a long white metal fence after which you ll find the driveway signed for Fasbourn Hall.
