We are also (8 miles from Pontefract) and about 10 miles from Barnsley. We are ideally situated for a visit to Pontefract castle and Pontefract and Doncaster Racecourses. If you feel like shopping we are 20 minutes from the Lakeside Designer Shopping Outlet with its many shops and restaurants. We are also (10.9 miles 20 minute drive) From Xscape Castleford where there is Bowling/Skiing/Laser Zone and a cinema complex or why not try one of the many restaurants they have like Franky & Benny s /Nando s/Pizza Express and many more. Or maybe pop over to Junction 32 for a spot of shopping then return to us and relax in one of our spacious rooms which are all en-suite with a 40 TV.
