We are a 23 Bedroomed hotel with a new Italian restaurant Francesca s to which guests of the hotel receive 20% off their bill. You can browse the menu at www.francescashull.co.uk We also have available 3 newly refurbished top floor serviced apartments for guests who would like a little extra for those special occasions or simply for small groups who wish to share the space. We would like to let any guests know who do stay in the apartments that occasionally we do have functions in the function room below so there may be some music heard! We are located on a main bus route leading to the city centre and bus/train station. Also a short distance away is the cities KC stadium University and Hull s bustling cosmopolitan Princes Avenue area. Across the road from the hotel is a swimming baths with gym facilities.. All 23 rooms are central heated have comfortable clean beds and en suite bathrooms with showers and towels provided! Each room also has TV/DVD combi with free view. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and secure onsite parking with 24 hour CCTV cameras for added security. We have a vending machine with a range of cans and also are a smoke free hotel. We have single twin double and family rooms starting from £30 per night which is payable by cash or card on arrival! All rooms have a tea tray in free of charge with tea coffee milk and sugar!
