The Fernleigh Guest House is centrally located in a quiet area of charming Lynton yet within an easy stroll of restaurants shops the Tourist Information Centre and the Victorian Cliff Railway down to Lynmouth. It is a short walk to the coastal paths cliff top views and the spectacular Valley of Rocks. The Fernleigh provides an ideal base for exploring Exmoor and North Devon s stunning coastline. We have a guest car park for your use during your stay with us. br / br / br / br / Each of our five en-suite guest rooms has tea and coffee making facilities bottled water hairdryer radio alarm clock TV and free WiFi. Luxury toiletries including hand and body lotion and vanity kits are provided. A traditional full English breakfast is served between 8 and 9am in our breakfast room. There are books and maps available for you to borrow to help you explore Exmoor. In the guest reception area there are racks of leaflets and guides to help you get the most from your stay with us. br / br / br / br / Little Fern is our one bedroom self-catering apartment situated to the rear of the guest house with direct level access to our private car park. The apartment can be rented on a weekly basis with weekend and midweek breaks also available. We allow well behaved dogs in Little Fern for an additional charge. br / br / br / br / We don t allow pets in the guest house as we have our own cat Barney. If you have an allergy or a dislike of cats you may wish to consider an alternative place to stay. br / br / br / br / Children are welcome to stay at the Fernleigh if they are willing and able to sleep in their own full sized bed. This is because we don t have facilities for younger children such as cots and highchairs. br / br / br / br / We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Directions to Fernleigh Guest House Lynton

M5 Junction 23 - Road: Exit the M5 at junction 23 or 24 and take the A39 through the Quantock Hills to Minehead. This road will then take you through the bustling village of Porlock up the notorious Porlock Hill and on to Lynmouth and Lynton. br/ br/ M5 Junction 27 - Road: Exit the M5 at junction 27 and take the A361 towards Barnstaple then take the A399 towards Ilfracombe then onto the A39 at Blackmore Gate signposted to Lynton.
