We are situated on West Street less than half a mile from the University Campus at Tremough a short walk from the railway station and with free public car parking close by. br / br / All rooms have generous ensuite shower and are newly furnished and refurbished to a high standard with King size beds wall mounted TV wi-fi fridge mini bar hair dryer kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. The house is less than 50m level walk from the award winning Thirsty Scholar Free House where breakfast is served daily and where a concession is offered on all food and bar bills when lunching or dining. Check in is between 4-6 pm daily or keys can be collected from the thirsty scholar by prior arrangements outside of these hours. Latest check out time is 11am. br / br / Output location is ideal for enjoying the heritage of this ancient town (Penryn has some 200 listed buildings and celebrates its 800th Anniversary in 2016!) or for touring the local area whilst being off the main tourist trail. From here you can travel to Truro or Falmouth by branch line train to Falmouth it s beaches and the Roseland peninsula by ferry or water taxi or by car which also brings the famous north coast beaches within easy reach. The Falmouth bound bus stops 25m from our door and the Tremough bound stop is just a short walk away.

The main A39 - Road: Heading from Truro toward Falmouth after some six miles look out for a sign to Penryn (left) onto the B3292. You wil see a Texaco petrol station at this junction. Stay on the B3292 for half a mile and then take a right fork to Penryn Town Centre (sign posted). Go past the Puegeot dealer on your right and fork left to the Town Centre (sign posted). You are now on West St and Number Fifty is approx. 150 yards on your left.
