Willow House is a beautiful Victorian property set in an acre of grounds and surrounded by a number of wistful Willow trees. The house sits nestled in the Vale of Pewsey and backs directly onto Salisbury Plain with beautiful views and a wealth of wildlife. Conveniently sited on the A345 the house is shielded from the road by high hedges and mature trees. On site parking is available. br / br / Outside of our gate and private road lies the famous White Horse Way just one of many walks to enjoy in the area. Nearby Pewsey has a direct train service into London Paddington as well as a number of shops. The market towns of Devizes Marlborough and Salisbury are just a short drive or bus trip and the bus stops just outside. br / br / We have 3 rooms available for B&B: one en-suite double one single that is suitable for a family of three sharing the bathroom of the double and our self contained studio that has independent access a double room ensuite wet room sitting room and small private garden and patio. This studio is also suitable for longer holiday lets and has a kitchette and fridge for guests who are staying for extended breaks. br / br / All our rooms are well appointed with a high standard of comfortable beds with top quality bed linen bathrobes hairdryers and toiletries. br / br / There are also flat screen TV s games complimentary coffee and teas with homemade cookies as well as access to Wifi for your enjoyment. br / br / A full english breakfast is served in the dinning room which overlooks the garden. We use local produce as well as eggs from our own chickens and freshly baked bread. br / br / We are in easy reach of Stonehenge Avebury and Silbury Hill and just minutes from the Kennet and Avon canal. The historical cities of Bath Salisbury and Winchester as well as the railway town of Swindon are all less than an hours drive as are Castle Coombe Corsham and Lacock which have provided the film sets for many a period drama such as Pride and Prejudice and of course the great Harry Potter.

Directions to Willow House Pewsey

M4 junction 17 - Road: Take the A346 to Marlborough. Upon entering Marlborough go West through Marlborough High Street (A4) and at the end take the A345 in the direction of Pewsey. After 7 miles enter Pewsey and continue through Pewsey on the A345 direction of Upavon and Salisbury. After approximately 1 mile Willow House is the Cream coloured house on the left at the junction of a private lane and the turning to Manningford Abbots. If you reach Indigo Antiques Barns you have passed us. br/ br/ Salisbury - Road: Take the A345 to Amesbury and then continue North through Upavon in the direction of Pewsey. After entering Manningford on the A345 you will go past Indigo Antiques on the right hand side and Willow House is the cream coloured house after Roma House farm on the right hand side at the junction of the turning to Manningford Abbots and a private lane. br/ br/ Bath - Road: Take the A4 to Box and then the A365 to Melksham and then the A365 and A361to Devizes. Continue through Devizes and then take the A342 towards Upavon and Andover. After 9 miles enter the village of Rushall and turn left towards Pewsey. Carry on through the village and on to the A345 and after 1 mile enter Manningford. Go past Indigo Antiques on the right hand side and Willow House is the cream house after Roma House farm on the right hand side at the junction of the turning to Manningford Abbots br/ br/ London - Train: Direct service from London Paddington to Pewsey which takes about an hour. We can arrange a pick up from the station with notice br/ br/ Heathrow - Air: The nearest international airport is London Heathrow. From the airport you can either take a train from Reading to Pewsey drive via the M4 motorway or travel bus National Express coach to Marlborough and then by taxi or local bus to Willow House. Or we can offer a pick up by prior arrangement
