The New Inn is an 18th century coaching inn located in the beautiful rolling countryside of East Sussex in the ancient town of Winchelsea. The New Inn boasts an old world charm including blackened beams a open fire and delightful views of St Thomas s Church and central Winchelsea. We are family and dog friendly enabling you to bring the whole family to enjoy our delicious traditional British pub food seven days a week. We also offer five beautifully refurbished boutique letting rooms all with en-suite facilities televisions and tea making facilities. In addition the New Inn has an extensive beer garden to the rear enabling you to enjoy the Inn s facilities all year round! Dogs are not permitted in the letting rooms.

Winchelsea is located 2 miles from Rye and 9 miles from Hastings on the A259. The New Inn is located in the center of the town opposite the church. Winchelsea train station is approximately a 20 minute walk away. Buses call at Winchelsea every hour and bus stops are located 100 yards away from The New Inn on the same street.
