Woodland walks surround the farm. Relax by the wood burning stove in the lounge. Golf courses aplenty and right next to the fabulous Kinnoull Hill Mountain Bike tracks. br / br / br / br / We have two beautiful and cosy rooms. The Lilac is a Twin en-suite room which has two single beds. En-suite facilities include a shower. The Cream room is a double room with a comfortable double bed.
