Your room benefits from Yale security locks & lockable double glazed windows which are partly frosted for privacy br / br / br / br / As a private accommodation provider we are more central than most hotels or B&B s and walking distance to all amenities restaurants & bars. br / br / Our guests are offered a complimentary breakfast basket of fresh fruit fresh orange juice toast butter preserve yoghurt boiled eggs & Tea & coffee which is delivered to your room at the time of your choice from 9am to 11 am. Bus station - Bus: coming out of the bus station cross the road on to Fullerton street and walk aprox 10 paces towards the roundabout and turn left on to sandgate walk for aprox 1 minute to the traffic lights passing the Wellington gardens which should be on your right on the other side of the road. At the traffic lights cross over to the other side of the road to arrive at the front door of the Berkeley
