Open all year round Newberry Beach Lodge B & B is a pebbles throw from the Award Winning Newberry and Combe Martin beaches. We front directly on to the SOUTH WEST COSTAL PATH. At low tide a labyrinthine of rock pools caves and even an old silver mine are ready to be explored. The bay is superb for kayaking body boarding fishing and swimming. The Village shops close to the beach offer a varied selection of pubs cafes and seaside shops. We are 15 miles from the surfing beaches of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton Sands. br / br / br / br / Our home is understood to be have built in the victorian era the king rooms have large bay windows allowing you to listen to the stream and waves whilst laying in bed and looking out over the bay and beyond with views over the valley from the family adult room. We are a no smoking / no vaping B & B thank you. br / br / br / br / Our main room offers a bay window with sea views a king size bed with full ensuite Private bathroom roll top bath & walk in shower. br / br / br / br / Our Twin /super king offers a bay window overlooking the bay sea views with a newly installed ensuite shower room br / br / br / br / Our family SUITE offers countryside views and consists of two bedrooms one a double and the other two singles in the other and benefits from having its own private bathroom with a free standing roll top bath. br / br / br / br / Our king deluxe room offers unrivalled views of the beaches and Exmoor. With a ensuite bathroom with roll top bath this room is on our second floor. br / br / br / br / All rooms have hospitality trays tv free wifi and hair dryer s. Directions to Newberry Beach Lodge Combe Martin

South Molton - Road: From Junction 27 on the M5 take the A361 Follow to South Molton via A361. At roundabout take the A399 To Combe Martin follow A399 into Combe Martin . Go through village past beach on your right up slight hill Start to indicate right here a car park comes up on your right directly after entrance to car park there is another road turn right here down to the bottom we are on your left hand side. br/ br/ Barnstaple - Road: Enter Barnstaple via A361. At Sixth mini roundabout take A39 to Blackmoor Gate. 1/4 mile after hospital take the left turn to Muddiford ( B3230) Through the village take first turning on the right up a hill Follow road turn right at the next t junction and follow road into Combe Martin. Turn left at next t junction just after church follow down through village keep beach on right up hill indicate here turn right next to car park entrance we are on the left at the bottom. br/ br/ Ilfracombe - Road: From Ilfracombe take the A399 coast road through Hele bay down past water mouth castle down the hill into Combe Martin. Just after the sweeping left hand bend at bottom of the hill indicate left and on the next bend you will see a car park next to the entrance is another lane turn left down here and we are art the bottom on the left the beach is on your right. br/ br/ barnstaple - Bus: From station take the 301 to Combe Martin via Ilfracombe approx 60 min alight at premier store by the beach walk back up the hill Newberry road is next to the small car park on top of the hill. Walk down we are on the bottom left.
