We will work to make your stay with us as relaxing and enjoyable as possible as the house has recently undergone a full program of refurbishment. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and newly furnished to a high standard with new ensuites. br / br / br / br / We also have a very comfortable guest lounge that you can relax in and watch television or maybe a DVD if you wish. br / br / br / br / OUR ROOMS: Room 1 is a double room on the first floor. Room 2 is a king size also on the first floor. Room 3 the last on the first floor is a king size suite. Room 4 on the second floor is a king size. Room 5 on the second floor is super king size or twin if required. br / br / br / br / All rooms are en-suite with hospitality tray hair dryer shaver adapter vanity mirror complimentary toiletries television with free view and DVD player. A selection of DVDs are available. We provide complimentary robes and slippers for two or more night stays. There is an ironing facility available on request. br / br / br / br / CHILDREN: We cater for children up to 11 years of age. The tariff is £10 per night sharing with parents. We can provide a travel cot fold-up beds and high chair in the dining room. We can only accommodate two children at any one time. br / br / br / br / PARKING We have private parking for up to 5 cars. br / br / br / br / BREAKFAST is served between 8 and 9 o clock. If you wish to eat earlier this can be arranged. Fresh fruit salad cereals porridge a selection of fruit juices and yoghurts followed by a full English or any variation you would like. Eggs can be cooked to your preference. We also offer kippers haddock served with any of our breakfast offerings scrambled egg with smoked salmon. All our produce is sourced locally. Our butcher is Mr Adrian Colling on Union Street and our eggs are from Winkfield Farm in Cloughton. Fruit and veg is from All Seasons on John Street.

by car - Road: If entering Filey on Muston road at the roundabout take the second exit onto Station avenue getting into the right hand laneturn right onto West road take the second left onto Rutland street and we are near the bottom of the street on the left.If entering from Scarborough road at the first roundabout take the third exit and proceed to the next roundabout and take the first exit onto Station avenue getting into the right hand lane turn right onto West road take the second left Rutland street.
