Medlar Cottage offers a warm & friendly welcome for a peaceful & relaxing stay in the pretty little village of Poling close to the charming historic town of Arundel. It is ideally located for walkers cyclists and those wishing to explore the beautiful Sussex countryside including the South Downs National Park & the towns of Arundel Chichester Portsmouth & Brighton. The property is a family run B&B in a fantastic peaceful location with a large green garden. Our bedrooms are bright & comfortably furnished with attention to detail and have far reaching views over the countryside. Guests have free parking free wifi and a lounge which can be used upon request. Train services from Arundel to London are frequent & London Gatwick & Southampton Eastleigh Airports are within 45 minutes by car or train. Medlar Cottage provides parking on our drive & a lock up garage is available for car/motor cycles/bicycles if required. As this is a family B&B we anticipate that guests will be out during the day if you require access during the day let us know so we can arrange for someone to be home.

Turn right onto Southgate Ave/A2004. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Crawley Ave/A23. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Horsham Rd/A2220. Go through 2 roundabouts. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Horsham Rd/A264. Continue to follow A264 Merge onto Arundel Rd/A27. Turn left onto Poling St.
