A stunning resort with a beautiful Grade II listed 18th Century manor house set in the County of Yorkshire which is England s largest and also one of the most historic. The House which has been beautifully and sympathetically adapted to provide eight apartments with a small indoor pool and a Residents Lounge. Six adjacent cottages provide further accommodation. There are 24 acres of grounds which include gardens woodland a meadow with a stream running through and two all-weather tennis courts. You will find Sutton Hall Resort in the quaint village of Sutton-Under-Whitestonecliffe on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors boasting heather-clad hills picturesque villages rugged scenery and a cosy country inn just a walk away. Nearby the Yorkshire Dales offer a wonderful variety of hill and river landscapes. Situated close to Sutton Bank on the A170 the top of the bank affords panoramic views of the plain of York Stretching between the Pennines and the Hambleton Hills. Directions to Sutton Hall Resort Thirsk

A1 Wetherby - Road: Travelling to Yorkshire from the South on the A1 exit the A1 at the junction marked (A168 Teesside Thirsk). Follow the A168 for approx 5 miles exit at the junction marked (Thirsk A170 Scarborough) DO NOT take the first exit signposted to Thirsk. Follow the signs for the A170 for approx 4 miles to Sutton under Whitestonecliffe and Sutton Hall is in the middle of the village on the left.
