The village has some of the most beautiful ham stone thatched cottages in the county and is also the National Trust property of Barrington Court which was used recently for the filming of the BBC production of Wolf Hall. We can be found in the heart of the village just opposite the beautiful 13 th century church of St Mary the Virgin. If heading west take the South Petherton junction on the A303 follow the brown tourist signs for Barrington Court National Trust we are located 500 yards past the entrance for the Court in the heart of the village opposite the church. If heading eastwards take the Ilminster junction on the A303 and take A358 towards Taunton follow brown tourist signs for Barrington Court and follow into Barrington village we are located in the heart of the village opposite the church. From M5 junction25 take A358 towards Yeovil/Ilminster follow for about 3 miles then follow brown tourist signs for Barrington Court we are located in the heart of the village opposite the church.
