The Town House is newly renovated light spacious 3 bedroom house just 200 metres from the beach in Worthing town centre. There is a fully-equipped open plan kitchen/diner and living room. A bathroom with a bath and shower is upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs. On street parking space is available with permits and Wifi is available free of charge. The house is arranged over two floors and can sleep up to 7 people in a double bedroom a twin and a single. There is also a large sofa bed in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker fridge freezer microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Worthing is Brighton s elegant neighbour and the pier and town centre are just a 2 minute walk away. A new swimming pool complex Splashpoint is very close to the house (5 minutes walk). The Town house is short stroll to the resurgence of great new restaurants bars and cafes in Worthing but is located in quiet street for such a central location . The beach and the town centre are a 2 minute walk Buses to Brighton or Littlehampton run from the end of the road and Worthing Station is about a 1/4 mile from the house. The Town House is the perfect home away from home for a family or friends to get away and enjoy all that Worthing has to offer

Brighton (via A27) - Road: Follow A23 to Cheapside/A270. Get on A27 in Hove from A270 and Dyke Rd. Follow A27 to Sompting Rd in Worthing. Continue on Sompting Rd. Take A24 and A259 to Graham Rd
