Waters End has 43 acres (20 hectares) situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by the valley we nestle in. With marvellous views over lakes a stream rolling fields and hop gardens vineyards and fruit orchards the heart of what Kent is all about. br / br / br / br / Virtually the only man made land mark being Sandhurst Windmill on the horizon. From our sign on the road wind your way down our long drive leaving the hubbub of life far behind (but not the comforts). br / br / br / br / All our 5 star luxury accommodation is situated in our thoughtfully converted barns about the farm where every modern conveniences are to be found. M 25 - Road: 40 minutes drive. Take exit 5 from M25 on to A21 continue approx 21 miles. At Flimwell traffic lights turn left onto A268. Continue through Hawkhurstthrough Sandhurst (about 6miles). On leaving Sandhurstkeep your speed slow and take first lane on your left - Crouch Lane continue through fork after about 1.5 miles take first lane on left Standen Street.
