The Willow s guest house is a short stroll into the market town of Yarm which was voted the best High Street in the UK in 2007 in a poll from the BBC. The many Georgian Style old buildings with their red pantile roofs and cobbled streets add an historic feel to the town yet with it s many restaurants pubs and designer shops wrapped around the River Tees and Leven creates a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Yarm has an imposing 2280 feet long railway viaduct built in 1849. The access to main roads (A19/A1) ensure visiting our local attractions becomes very easy. If you want to go to the Yorkshire Moors and historic towns like Whitby Heartbeat country Grosmont Danby and Goathland even York and Durham ensure there is always something exciting and different to do or visit. Links with Railway lines is walking distance too for those who need to rely on public transport. We have a 10 minute journey to Durham Tees Valley airport. Mike and Jackie provide a comfortable homely and a relaxing stay for their guests.

Pass through Yarm High Street and keep straight ahead on Thirsk Road. Your destination is located on the left (just past the fire station on the right).
