Mark s Cottage is surrounded by National Woodlands Trust and is a walkers paradise only minutes to magnificent coastal cliff top walks and winding woodland paths. There is a wealth of high quality tourist attractions in the area. The Big Sheep comes highly recommended as does Clovelly and Rosemoor gardens. When you ve worn yourself out at the beach or cycling the Tarka Trail surfing or golfing fall asleep in peaceful serenity with nothing but the sounds of a babbling brook and the owls hooting. br / br / br / br / Mark s Cottage was built in the early 1800 s and has been refurbished and upgraded to include central heating offers 4 bedrooms 2 doubles and 2 bunks. The bathroom now includes a bath with a shower over it and a toilet. In addition there is a separate shower wet room also with a toilet. The kitchen has an oil-fired Redfyre stove. There is also a microwave / convection cooker washer /dryer dishwasher fridge / freezer and many useful extras. Roast your toes in front of the wood burning stove in the lounge which comes with a TV/DVD player for rainy days. Bed linen included. Towels available upon request. No smoking in the property please. Enclosed front garden. Beach is walking distance.The property has been decorated to a high standard but also to be as user friendly to families and children as possible. Roadside parking is available the road is a dead end and very quiet as it accesses the properties in the village only. br / br / br / br / There is a public car park 200 yards up the road. There is no mobile phone reception in the cottage but we have a telephone for incoming and emergency calls and unlimited WIFI. We regret no pets are allowed for the benefit of guests with allergies. br / br / br / br / Outside: Beautiful enclosed garden with a side patio with a picnic table and a BBQ. The path climbs up behind the cottage to a private hideaway with a day bed. There is a children s play tower at the top of the garden for all your would be knights and princess
