With beautiful private grounds the hotel is ideal for conferences team building exercises weddings and corporate events. Within close proximity to the A1M M1 and M25 motorways the hotel is situated 15 miles north of London. We have recently joined up with a local leisure centre and now offer guests free gym use.Please note entrance to the Gosling Sports Centre must be arranged prior to use and is subject to availability. Please note when booking 6 or more rooms different policies and supplements may apply. The property will contact you with more details after the booking. Please note 2nd January 2017 is a Bank Holiday so food services will not be available.Normal service resumes on the 3rd of January 2017.

Directions from M1 Come off at Junction 6A (the M25 Junction) and follow the signs to the M25 (East) which takes you in the direction of Dartford & South Mimms. Once on the M25 come off at Junctions 23 which takes you to the South Mimms Services. From here get onto the A1(M) North towards Hatfield. From here follow the directions from the A1(M) below. Directions from M25 From the M25 Junction 23 (South Mimms & Services) follow A1(M) North to Junction 4 and follow as below. Directions from the A1(M) Come off at Junction 4 and follow the signs towards Stanborough. Once on the A6129 continue all the way down until you reach the roundabout. Turn right at this roundabout towards Welwyn Garden City. You will pass the County Police Headquarters on your right. Continue going straight up and go straight over the roundabout (2nd Exit). You will pass Gosling Sports Park on your right hand side. Continue going straight up you will pass a petrol station on your left. At the next roundabout turn right (2nd Exit) and at the next rounabout turn right (3rd Exit) towards the QEII hospital. Take the immediate first left down Woodhall Lane. Continue all the way down Woodhall Lane until you reach a T Junction. Turn Left. Go straight over the first mini roundabout and straight over the second ( 3rd Exit). Take the first right turn which is indicated by the brown tourist sign which takes you into Homestead Lane. The Hotel is on the left hand side. Directions from the Town Centre At the Campus roundabout (by John Lewis) take the exit opposite John Lewis so you are passing Waitrose on your left hand side and over the railway bridge. Go straight over the traffic lights up to 2 mini roundabouts Go straight over the first one then right at the second one. Take the first left which is Ludwick Way. Straight over the first roundabout and then left at the second one Then take the first right into Homestead Lane which is indicated by the brown tourist sign.
