From the M55: Exit at J4 and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A5230. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on the A5230 before taking the 3rd exit at the next roundabout. Continue to Progress Way (A5320) before taking a left turn onto Common Edge Road (B5261). Follow the B5261 onto Queensway and then turn right onto St. Anne s Road East (B5233). Follow this road to the end and turn left onto North Promenade. The hotel is then located on the left hand side approximately 300 metres down the road.
