Cottage Lodge is number 1 in the area on Trip Advisor. It was also voted best buy by Which Magazine in August 2015. It is an award-winning two star small and friendly Hotel. For maximum flexiblity we offer rooms to Lateroom customers on a room only basis. Don t let the two star rating fool you. It just means we don t have a swimming pool lifts etc. What we do have is beautiful rooms in a great location run by a family who cares passionately about hospitality. You will have a reserved parking space a well maintained room with a good quality mattress on the bed a warm welcome free cake and free wifi. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is available from 7.45am to 10am for £5.00 per person (continental breakfast) and £10 per person (continental and full cooked breakfast). You can decide when you arrive whether you would like to take breakfast with us or enjoy breakfast in the village. Cottage Lodge is well located in the New Forest village of Brockenhurst. We have a restaurant on site called the Fallen Tree. But if you choose not to eat there you are near cosy pubs and charming restaurants walks in the open forest cycle hire station and shops. Check-in is from 9am to 8pm. All bedrooms have a clean and comfortable en-suite TV hair dryer Interior sprung mattresses are standard throughout. There is free WIFI access in the public rooms. The Victorian village of Brockenhurst is charming and set within the New Forest National Park. Open forest is just a few minutes walk from our front door. We have a small beamed snug bar where guests are welcomed and with an honesty bar. We have parking at the front of the building. No charge for deposits paid with debit card. 2% charge for credit card.

FROM LONDONMIDLANDS AND WEST From the M27 take junction 1 take A337 signposted Lyndhurst.Once in Lynhurst 1 way system turn right into Gosport Lane signposted Lymington/Brockenhurst A337.Get in left hand lane and follow A337 to outskirts of Brockenhurst (see on arrival at Brockenhurst) below. FROM SOUTHAMPTON take A35 to Lyndhurst High Street and follow 1 way system into Gosport Lane. Follow A337 to outskirts of Brockenhurst. ON ARRIVAL AT BROCKENHURST turn right into Grigg Lane (B3055). Go straight ahead at cross roads (junction with Brookley Road) onto Sway Road (B3055).The Cottage Lodge is on the right hand side just after the War Memorial
