Southcroft is a family run guest house in the Lower Meads area of Eastbourne. It has 5 comfortable double or twin rooms all with en-suite facilities tea and coffee making trayDAB alarm clock radios toiletries and 22 flat screen T.V. s with DVD players. We are ideally placed for the beach- 100mtrs the South Downs Way. The theatres and Towner Art Gallery and the town centre shops are a 15 minute walk away. Short breaks holidays and weekends are all catered for bed and breakfast.

Directions to Southcroft Eastbourne

Eastbourne railway station - Train: Leave station by rear exit and cross over to Grove Road. Walk down Grove Road to Town hall and then cross over into Grange Road forward over 3 junctions to Silverdale Road turn left and then first right SOUTHCROFT is three quarters of the way up on the left. Estimated time 20 mins. Alternatively after leaving the station get a taxi from the rank. Seafront - Road: On entering Eastbourne follow directions for seafront. With the sea on you left proceed westwards towards Beachy Head. When you get to the last of the big hotels The Grand you will see South Cliff rising to its left hand side go up that for 100 yards and then turn sharp right into South Cliff Avenue. We are three houses down on the right.
