Directions to The Black Horse Inn Maidstone

M20 - Road: Leave motorway at Junction 7 and take first exit left A249 in direction of Sheerness. Very soon after joining the A249 move into the right hand lane so that you can turn right/east into Detling Village. From Detling Village opposite the Cock Horse Pub take the road Pilgrims Way signposted Thurnham. After about a mile you will see The Black Horse Inn with ample parking. If using Sat Nav - please DO NOT turn left off the A249 this is the wrong side of the Pilgrims Way turn RIGHT into Detling. br/ br/ Bearsted - Train: On foot or bicycle turn left out of the main station entrance a few hundred yards along and you will come to a small parade of shops turn left again here into Thurnham Lane. Follow Thurnham Lane up hill for approx 1 mile and you will reach crossroads with Pilgrims Way The Black Horse is on the left.
