A coastal retreat with fine dining available in the well renowned Beaucliffes restaurant well-stocked bar lounge conservatory car park and heated outdoor swimming pool. This is a quiet hotel ideal for couples and families only (not suitable for clubbers!) Well located being only 2 miles from Newquay 12miles from Padstow and 24 miles from The Eden Project. Please note that due to technical limitations and the duration of any booking occasionally a room change may be required during your stay with us. This will be made clear to you on your booking confirmation. Please note that the hotel and rooms are entirely non-smoking. Please note that children under 5 years are not accepted. Some rooms have sea views at £10 per room per night supplement or superior sea-view at £20 per room per night supplement please note that sea-view & superior rooms are on request only and subject to availability and paying the above supplement. Please make a note in your booking if you would like a sea-view or superior room. ARRIVAL/CHECK IN DETAILS: Please note the latest check-in time is 9pm. Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. Should you be arriving later due to a delayed flight for example or a specific traffic problem please contact LateRooms.com who can provide you with the contact numbers required for late arrival. Payment & Cancellation Terms & Conditions Please note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you. NB American Express & Visa cards that are swipe only are not accepted. Deposit of £150 per room per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: Up to 28 days loss of deposit 27-15 days 50% 14 days or less 100%. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per room. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in a room without being accompanied by an adult. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.

BY ROAD Follow the A30 past Exeter and Bodmin and after approximately 10 miles leave at junction marked Newquay and Airport. Take 3rd exit off roundabout signed Newquay Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed along dual carriageway to the next roundabout ant take the A392 signed Newquay. Proceed about 4 miles and at Quintrell Downs roundabout turn right towards Newquay and Porth on A3058. Proceed for about 3 miles and at mini-roundabout turn right to Porth on the B3276. Porth Veor Manor is half a mile on the left. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT The nearest rail/coach stations are in Newquay about 1.5 miles from Porth. Newquay airport is just 4 miles from Porth.
