We are a pebble s throw from the sea and less than a five minute walk to the Pier. From our doorstep on foot you can enjoy a visit to the eccentrically beautiful Royal Pavilion you can explore the charming shops of the Lanes and the North Laines experience Kemp Town s amazing and colourful nightlife and eat the best cake on earth in Brighton s many cute and quirky tea houses and cafes. We are a small and friendly Guest House offering double and single rooms on a room-only basis - that is bed but no breakfast - you have an incredible choice of breakfast venues just at the end of our road on St James s Street. We pride ourselves on our simple clean and comfortable accommodation - in the best location and at great prices so you can make the most of your time in the city. Directions to Court Craven Brighton

Take the A23 following signs to the seafront and you ll emerge at Brighton Pier. Take the first left the A259 signed to Rottingdean and go past all the bars (with the sea on your right) until you come to a set of traffic lights signed left to Brighton Racecourse. This is Lower Rock Gardens. Take a left at these lights and at the next junction turn right and then immediately right again into Atlingworth Street. We are down there on the right.
