Coming from the south A1(M): From Scotch Corner proceed north to junction 57 A66 (M) signed Darlington/Teesside. At the first roundabout remain on the A66 (first exit). At the second roundabout take the second exit into Grange Road. Once you have passed a petrol station take the third opening on the left into Southend Avenue. This runs parallel to Grange Road. Follow this to its conclusion bearing left at the end into our drive. Coming from the north A1(M): Take junction 58 (A68) Corbridge/Darlington exit. Follow signs for Darlington Centre bearing left at the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the second exit and immediate left into Carmel Road North (A67). Cross the third roundabout into Carmel Road South and continue to the fourth roundabout. Turn left into Grange Road signed Darlington. Once you have passed a petrol station take the third opening on the left into Southend Avenue. This runs parallel to Grange Road. Follow this to its conclusion bearing left at the end into our drive.
