We are a budget 23 bedroom bed & breakfast guest house just 30 seconds from the seafront & beach & 5 minutes to the town Centre. All rooms have Digital Freeview TV with Music & Radio channels Free Wi-Fi rooms have a good supply of towels & toiletries tea Coffee hot chocolate biscuits & bottled water & daily housekeeping late check-in & check-out (by prior arrangement) & free parking. We have only non-smoking rooms but there is a smoking area at the front. We are within walking distance of the pubs & clubs! You and have own key. We have single double twin & family rooms. A travel cot is available free. We welcome worker groups including hen/stag parties by prior arrangement. We offer washing laundry ironing clock radio/DVDS/irons/Hair dryers free on request. Parking is on street at the front & in a public car park at the rear parking permits are free on request. PLEASE NOTE we are not-ensuite. A deposit of the first night s stay will be taken within 24 hours of booking. We offer a FREE self-service continental style breakfast from 8am - 10:30 am with cereals toast juices etc. in our dining room. Check in from 14.00 to 22.00 (early/late check in/out by arrangement at time of booking). There is a bell in reception & we can be contacted 24 hours a day if you require anything or there is a problem we should know about.
