DIRECTIONS FROM THE JACK LYNCH TUNNEL TO THE MARYBOROUGH HOTEL AND SPA(Also from Dublin Road Waterford and the towns on the East of the City)At the Dunkettle interchange Roundabout take the exit marked for the N25 West going through the tunnel. Drive through the tunnel and straight on Take the exit marked for Ringaskiddy and follow the directional signs for Douglas and Rochestown (stay in the left lane) Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout this is the Rochestown Road Drive to the end of the road to a second roundabout. Take the 1st exit off this roundabout. You are now on Maryborough Hill the hotel is situated half way up the hill on the left hand side. DIRECTIONS FROM LIMERICK TO THE MARYBOROUGH HOTEL AND SPA(Also from towns to the North of the city such as Galway Blarney Mallow Charleville Kanturk etc)From the Mallow road follow the directional signs for the North Ring Road and the Blackpool bypass. Follow the general direction for Waterford N25 this will lead you through Mayfield and straight to Silversprings Hotel in Tivoli. Turn left onto the dual carriageway at Silversprings Hotel; at next roundabout take second exit. You will be turning left straight away for the Dunkettle roundabout Jack Lynch Tunnel and South Link Road taking the exit through at the Dunkettle interchange roundabout for the Jack Lynch Tunnel N25(Lee Tunnel) Go through the tunnel and once on the far side travel straight ahead. Take the exit off the N25 for Ringaskiddy. Once off the N25 follow the signage for Douglas and Rochestown Stay in the left lane and at the small roundabout take the last exit off it. This is the Rochestown road follow the signage for Douglas At the next roundabout take the 1st exit left. This is Maryborough Hill. The hotel is located half way up the hill on the left hand side.
