There is excellent deep-sea fishing and great angling to be had inland on Blackwater River and on Lough Mahon which is well stocked with rainbow trout. Also there is shore fishing at Tinaberna and morriscastle beach.For golfers we are the ideal location with more than seven outstanding courses with 40 minutes drive while some are only minutes away for example Blackwater golf course.

Contiue on past Jack whites onto M11. At juntcion 20 continue forwad onto the M11 motorway. Leave the M11 at junction 23 then at the roundabout take 3rd exit then at roundabout take 1st exit onto R741(signed Gorey). At roundabout take 2nd exit onto R741. (signed Ballycanew) Conitune on the R741 through Ballycanew. Drive until you see signs for Kilmuckridge Turn left. When you reach cross roads in village turn left.
