Whether on business or please one of our stylish comfortable rooms will enable a great night sleep. We have rooms with twin, King size and 4 poster bed. Quality fluffy white towels and Egyptian cotton sheets are standard. Guests have free wifi throughout and also have complimentary use of the pool and spa at a nearby hotel with discount for their bar food and drink. All rooms have hospitality tray with biscuits and water, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. Relax in the reading lounge or enjoy a DVD in your room after a long day exploring the area. Walkers welcome, cyclist welcome. Storage for bikes available.

Breakfast: Balcony house provides a hearty Cumbrian breakfast. We offer help yourself buffet style cereal, Fruit, yoghurts, croissants, followed by a full cooked breakfast or something lighter if you prefer. Vegetarian and vegan also catered for. We use Linda Mc Cartney sausage.

Rooms: King size comfortable beds. Egyptian cotton sheets. Large bath sheets. Hairdryer. TV/DVD. Hospitality tray /biscuits/water.

Parking: We have 2 private spaces and there is safe free on road parking.
