The Deli has an extensive cheese counter and prepares delicious handmade sandwiches, it is stocked with beautiful bread, cakes, pastries and preserves prepared in Bordeaux Quay Bristol’s own kitchens and artisan bakery. The Cookery School at Bordeaux Quay Bristol, which operates on a not-for-profit basis, runs short workshops and longer-term courses for adults and children as well as bespoke events for community groups, corporate clients and private parties.
