Our town house guest house is only 50 metres from the sea. There are parking restrictions but 24 hour parking vouchers are available at a charge of £5.50. A short walk will take you to the town's main attractions such as the picturesque Royal Pavilion, conference venues, historic Lanes, Marina, Brighton Pier and Sea Life Centre. It is also centrally located for pubs, clubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres. All our nine bedrooms have private showers and toilets en-suite, offering hospitality trays, hair dryers, colour television and central heating. Three of these rooms have been converted into extra large rooms and in addition to the above facilities have silent fridges. One of these large rooms has a beautiful four poster bed, perfect for that romantic break. Cancellation of a booking for any reason will result in loss of deposit. The family, Joe and Eileen McCluskey with John, their son, take particular pride in providing their excellent, generous full English breakfast, either traditional or vegetarian.
