Our modern home with ensuite bedrooms is situated in one of the last unspoilt areas of Europe.

Mary & Tom King welcome you to their family home on the edge of the Atlantic in this peaceful and scenic area of Connemara. We are situated 1km from the little fishing village of Cleggan beside a sandy beach. Sea-angling, horse riding, the Inishbofin ferry, restaurant and pubs are all within walking distance. This is the ideal base for touring Connemara -in less than half an hour you can be in Connemara National Park or Connemara Golf Course or Kylemore Abbey. If you prefer something more relaxing you can stroll on many of the almost deserted beaches and enjoy the breathtaking views. If you like to cycle you can see Connemara from one of the marked cycling routes in the area and we offer safe storage for your bicycle.

Breakfast: For breakfast 8-10am guests can choose Irish Breakfast(bacon,sausage,egg,pudding,tomato)or Continental along with a selection of cereals fruits and yogurts.

Rooms: We have just 3 ensuite bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a King bed and the other has a King and a single bed. All rooms have TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers.

Parking: Ample free parking in our off road private car park.

Wifi: Free WiFi throughout.

Pets: Sorry we do not allow pets.

Families: We are 300 metres from the beach. The tidal island of Omey which can be reached on foot is 3km away (huge strand when the tide is out). Horse riding in the village 1km away.
