A local centre to help you manage your wellness and/or weight loss goals by giving you tips on the principles of good nutrition, coaching on personalised wellness/weight management plans. We have a 12-week challenge for those wanting to have a goal whilst losing weight. The top three winners have the opportunity to win £300/£200/£100. Your personal wellness coach will also provide you with help and support during the 12 weeks. All in a fun environment! So get ready to feel better, look better and enjoy a lifetime of well-being through a healthy nutrition programme.
