We are a working dairy farm milking 200 cows, situated in a quiet rural location. Our farm borders Idless Woods which is ideal for walking and cycling. The accommodation is at the heart of the farm and consists of 2 en-suite family rooms and 1 en-suite double room. Only 3 miles from the centre of Truro. Garras farm offers its guests a restful stay in a lovely quiet location. We offer a hearty full English cooked breakfast, and also offer lighter alternatives including croissants, fresh fruit and a selection of cereals. The farm is centrally located for visiting all that Cornwall has to offer, including The Eden Project, Lost gardens of Heligan, Newquay Zoo and famous surfing beaches, St Ives and Falmouth Maritime Museum. The Cathedral City of Truro is only 3 miles away offering great shopping and lots of places to eat. If you fancy an evening stroll there is a pub within walking distance, serving good food. There is direct access into Idless Woods from our lane, this is a lovely place to explore by foot or bicycle.
