Martial Arts - to relieve the stress of the day

A friendly martial arts academy offering training in Shotokan Karate, Okinawan Kobudo, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu and Kickboxing. We also offer a strenuous workout session once a week. If you are already a martial artist and want somewhere to train while you are visiting, please drop in and take a lesson. If you are not then why not have one session while you are in Leeds.
