Very friendly and comfortable home from home. This small farm is situated on the edge of a Pennine village and is quiet yet convenient.

The village of Meltham is 5 miles from Huddersfield, situated between the Colne and Holme valleys so is ideally close for visiting Holmfirth or Marsden. Further afield, Meltham is approximately 25 miles from Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield with good roads or public transport to these cities. My Bed and Breakfast accommodation is in a recently converted barn attached to the farmhouse and has a separate entrance for all guests. There are 3 comfortable double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms. Two are upstairs and one downstairs with easy access for those who are less agile or who struggle with steps. There is a sitting room which is only for guests with a television and other forms of entertainment available. This room is also used for breakfast. It has a large picture window which makes it light and airy and makes for a great start to the day.

Breakfast: The breakfast produce is all locally sourced and/or made on the premises. There are healthy options as well as the full cooked Yorkshire breakfast that will set you up for the day.

Rooms: 3 double rooms, 1 of which can be a twin. They are all en-suite and have tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, toiletries and have delightful rural outlook.

Parking: Free off-road parking

Wifi: Free WIFI

Pets: Well-behaved animals are welcome. If you wish, then for a fee, you can let me look after your dog whilst you go out for the day.

Disabled Facilities: Our downstairs bedroom has its own entrance with a door wide enough for a wheelchair. There are no steps so access is completly flat. The bathroom has a shower with a grab rail and a shower stool can be provided. All the downstairs doors are wide enough for a wheelchair.
