The gardens are exquisite and full use of the sun terrace and conservatory will avail the sight of flocks of garden birds. A Gourmet breakfast is served in the luxurious dining-room overlooking the terrace and on suitable days can be served on the terrace itself. Guests come and go as they please through own entrance. The quality of the Breakfast is of the highest standard. The fully en-suite bedrooms have views across Dorset countryside and are equipped to a very high modern standard including LCD TV, DVD and i-Pod player, radio/CD, fridge, hairdryer and courtesy tea and coffee facilities. Owermoigne is one of the most picturesque villages in a tranquil and secluded corner of coastal Dorset. Lime Tree lodge is 150 yards off the A352 between the Saxon town of Wareham and the County town of Dorchester, home of Poundbury, Prince Charles' venture into village/workplace design and development. Owermoigne is 10-15 minutes from the beaches of Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Ringstead Bay, Osmington and Weymouth. There are a large number of fine eating establishments close by including local produce supplied designer chef establishments, local inns, as well as Italian, Indian and Chinese cuisine. Locally caught fish restaurants are a-plenty. Beaches, watersports, golf, and attractions such as Thomas Hardy country, The Tank Museum, Monkey World, Brewers Quay, Jurassic Coast, sub-tropical gardens at Abbotsbury, The National Sailing Academy (home to the 2012 Sailing Olympics).
