There is also adequate off-street parking next to the building for the convenience of guests. Whatever one's hioliday fancy, we are in the middle of the Estuary location for walking along Coastal paths, cycling, boating, kyaking, scuba diving, fishing, paragliding, nature or bird watching - or just exploring or viewing Castles and historic places or even a Theme Park or Wildlife Centre - or maybe just exploring, wandering or beach combing along the many famous local white beaches and the dunes that Pembro0keshire offers. Large stores, shops and supermarkets selling most things are within five minutes away from Southgate as is the Irish Ferry Terminal, National Coach stop and local Coastal busses. Most famous local white beaches are within fifteen to twenty minutes drive, whilst the local fluvial beaches are all around. With eateries too numerous to mention, incorporating many local Pembrokeshire specialities and produce, forget the diet! The calories are "heavy"!! To those who are Film Buffs - have you seen the famous "Fresh Water West" beach? Two recent blockbuster epics were paretly filmed upon this beach! Harry Potter's quaint cottage was built amongst the sand dunes and Harry was casting spells from the middle rocks! Or, did you see Russel Crowe dashing across this beach on his trusty white horse leading the English Army (and that horrid King John) repelling the French and their landing craft in the latest Robin Hood? 600 local folk were "togged up" as soldiers and paid one hundred quid a day - more if you had a horse! Alas - no stables!!
